About this event

This half day training is provided for participants in our exclusive members only mentoring program.

The program, developed by Community Industry Group, provides a single source of mentoring best practice including tools and support to ensure the mentor and mentee both get the most out of their experience.

Mentors and mentees will be matched through a questionnaire and evaluation process.

- Support will be provided by Community Industry Group throughout the twelve month program.

- At the conclusion of the program there will be an official graduation networking event to celebrate.

Community Industry Group is the peak body working for community services and organisations in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern regions.

We take up issues across program areas that impact on the region's communities. The Group’s roles include promoting the wellbeing of diverse communities, resourcing and supporting community service organisations, information provision, pursuing social justice strategies, building expertise in community services and representational roles.

Membership is open to community based social or welfare organisations that are based in, or work in, the South East NSW region, and to individuals.
